I Live In A Country

I live in a country , where a 21 year old gave his life for the freedom of his country.

I live in a country where nobody remembers the guy who is mentioned above(i don't know whether we don't remember , or is it that we chose not to).

I live in a country where we had a person , who preached that " if we get slapped on one cheek , we should show the other " , who is seen as the epitome of peace, is the FATHER of the nation .

I live in a country where the majority worships a god , who once said " I have become DEATH , the destroyer of worlds".

I live in a country where people have killed people just because a temple was destroyed and a mosque was built there , ages ago .

I live in a country where people living in one part of the nation mocks the ones living on the other part , for their language , their looks , their dress.

I live in a country where one man can bring the whole country to a standstill with his stroke play.

I live in a country where it takes years to arrest corrupt politicians, but action is taken immediately if its against them.

I live in a country where kids don't have to take appointment to meet their parents. (Yes, I am quoting aishwarya rai)

I live in a country where rules are different for different people.

I live in a country where the president and the prime minister, both are FEMALES [pun intended], but still the females in this country are not safe .

I live in a country where extremes are living together, look out on the road and you will see a young hungry boy cleaning the glass of a high end car stopped in the traffic block.
